基本解释

In case of any dispute under this Agreement, both parties shall try to resolve it through negotiation.
如雙方就本協議內容或其執行發生任何爭議，應進行友好協商；
In case no settlement can reached between the two parties, the case under dispute shall be submitted to FETAC for arbitration.
如果雙方不能通過友好協商解決，此爭議須提交對外貿易仲裁委員會進行仲裁。
