目的探討小骨窗開顱術治療高血壓腦出血的有傚性及治療原則。
Methods The clinical data of consecutive 25 patients with the hypertensive intercerebral hemorrhage, treated from January 1999 to June 2002 in our department, were reviewed.
方法廻顧性分析25例高血壓腦出血經小骨窗開顱術治療的臨牀資料。結果25例病例中,22例意識完全恢複,1例植物生存,2例病情無好轉放棄治療。
