There are six options in the DB-Access main menu

Accessible from the main menu - Settings -> Set Plug-ins: Manage Plug-ins is allows you to enable, disable or remove plug-ins.

Near the top of the right side we find the knob that launches the thumb-optimized Main menu.

Other options are very handy, like the option to have the Echo take you directly to Recorded TV when it is turned on -- rather than the main menu, which is the default in Media Center.
